Hi  from Ron Thomson — the person behind the BeRomantic.com website.

I have been involved with this site since middle of 2003 and have during that time been able to collect hundreds of romantic ideas from visitors to this website.  Sharing these romantic ideas with other people is not only my job it is something I strongly believe needs to be done this world just does not have enough love and romance in it. Unfortunately many of them were lost forever when the site was being moved from one server on the internet to another. This has meant rebuilding the website but it has the advantage of meaning all pages will be new ideas and not stuff that may be several years old.

I have had to set up this separate helpdesk to counter the enormous volume of spam email every day which increases the risk of me missing your email letters. Using this help desk ensures I get your email and you can get my response. At one point I was getting over a thousand Emails per day almost all of them unwanted and unrequested and it was virtually impossible for people to send me an email which they were guaranteed I would be able to read.

This is by far the easiest and preferred way as regards deliverability.

Note I do try to answer all mail within 48 hours (that gives me time to sleep when the moon is out here even it is only mid-day where you are).  However sometimes this is just not possible — for example if I am out of town or unable to log on to the internet — but I will  get back to you as soon as I can.
